In Idaho, there are several qualifications for unemployment that you must meet to obtain income assistance. They are separated into two categories: personal and monetary. In order to receive benefits, you must be both personally and monetarily eligible. Personal eligibility requirements for unemployment have to do with how you lost your job. To participate in this program, you must be unemployed through no fault of your own. Qualifying separations from a job include being laid off due to an insufficient amount of available work, voluntarily quitting for an acceptable reason and being discharged. Maintaining Eligibility for Unemployment Insurance in Idaho

You must maintain eligibility for unemployment if you want to keep receiving payments. To prevent the loss of your stats of eligibility for EDD in Idaho, you must complete all the requirements established by the DOL. You could lose your benefits if:
